Advanced Education Services is requesting proposals from services providers for the e-rate funding year 2007-2008 for 9 schools sites. FCC Form 470 application number 394750000622871 and FCC Form 470 application number 171340000622860. We are seeking the following services;

1. Local Voice Telephone Services for 9 schools, 74 existing lines.
2. Local and Long Distance Telephone Services for 9 schools, 74 existing lines.
3. Long Distance Telephone Services for 9 schools, 74 existing lines.
4. Local and Long Distance Telephone Services for all existing Director’s emergency cell phones for 9 schools, 21 existing accounts.
5. Local and Long Distance Telephone Services for student transportation cell phones for 9 schools, 21 existing accounts.

1. Monthly Digital Delivery T-1, DSL for 9 schools.
2. Monthly Digital Internet.
3. Internet Access for 9 schools with existing services.
4. Email Service for 9 schools 19 existing accounts.

Since we will be requesting E-Rate funding, each bidder must submit a valid SPIN number with their proposal and provide services under the regulations and guidelines of E-Rate, the national funding source governed by the Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) of the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC).
